Toll Brothers to open new luxury community in Middletown this fall.

Luxury home builder Toll Brothers announced Aug. 4 that its new community, Middletown Walk, will open this fall in Middletown. The VIP list is now forming and onsite construction is underway. The sales center is anticipated to open in October 2021.

Located at 376 Kings Highway E., the urban-inspired Middletown Walk will deliver city-like sophistication in a scenic suburban setting. Three-level townhomes will feature more that 3,000 square feet, including three bedrooms, three baths, and two car garages, plus home office space and a private outdoor terrace.
