"Goble, ThyssenKrupp, and the Collateral Source Rule: Resolving the Ongoing Conflict" (December 2010) is the most biased article I have seen in this publication. The article is written by a plaintiff's personal injury lawyer about a subject that 90 percent of the judges practicing in his district disagree.
