Only 32% of American adults claim they will not be making any New Year's resolutions, according to a Zogby International interactive poll. People vow that they will exercise more (41%), lose weight (36%), and save money (350%).

Young people are the most likely to make New Year's resolutions. Of those aged 18-24, 85% will have at least one resolution, compared to 53% of those 70 years or older. Others who say they will be making resolutions, by age group, are 25-34 (71%), 35-54 (70%), and 55-69 (62%).
