* The Commerce and Justice Departments have formed a new Disruptive Technology Strike Force to go after companies or individuals attempting to sell sensitive items or know-how to the likes of China and Russia. Deputy Attorney General Lisa Monaco said the task force will "use intelligence and data analytics to target illicit actors, enhance public-private partnerships to harden supply chains and identify early warning of threats to our critical assets, like semiconductors."
