The Vitamin Shoppe is the latest retail brand to enter the subscription services space. The Secaucus-based health and wellness company launched Only Me on Tuesday, offering personalized vitamins and supplements by mail for $20 monthly.

Perhaps you're in need of more restful sleep, or you're sick more often than you'd like. Maybe you don't get enough sunlight, or your mental clarity isn't up to par. Through the Only Me online assessment, The Vitamin Shoppe will recommend a personalized wellness regimen based on customers' lifestyle needs related tobrain, mood, energy, sleep, immunity, digestive, aging, gender and maternal needs.
