Stu Barwick has been working as a solar consultant since 2009, but has strived to make a bigger difference since calculating the methane impact of cows. "It ended up being incredibly depressing," he says of his math: 200 kilowatts of solar offset just one cow for a year. The 300-kilowatt setup at the Colorado Convention Center?
