* Climate change has opened previously impassable Arctic Sea lanes, causing national security concerns as commercial and military vessels flock to the region. And it's not just human operators the United States should be concerned about--it's the fish too, according to Coast Guard Commandant Adm. Linda Fagan.

The Arctic is "on pace... to see just significant increases in human activity," Fagan said during the Council on Foreign Relations panel.
