TODAY, RESIDENTS OF THE HYDE PARK, Mattapan and Dorchester areas of Boston depend on slow, indirect bus service to downtown while the Fairmount Line--a commuter train serving suburban communities--runs through their neighborhoods. CLF is advocating for the same train to serve local residents better by providing fast, affordable, clean, safe and reliable rail service.
