Hon. Steven W. Rhodes has been a U.S. Bankruptcy Judge in the Eastern District of Michigan in Detroit since 1985 and served as its chief judge from 2002-09. He was also appointed to the Bankruptcy Appellate Panel of the Sixth Circuit from 1997-2004 and from 2008-11, serving as its chief judge from 2002-04.
