Brian J. Fox is a managing director at AlixPartners LLP in New York and a member of the firm's Turnaround & Restructuring Services unit. He has more than 20 years of experience in the industry and has acted as an interim chief financial officer, as well as worked with management teams to develop financial, operating and implementation plans to improve cash flow and operating efficiencies through revenue enhancement, cost reduction and working-capital rationalization. He has also advised companies and other parties involved in financing transactions in the development and analysis of strategic and operating plans; valuation and debt capacities; sourcing and structuring of alternative financing; and the development, structuring, and negotiation of debt-restructuring alternatives. Mr. Fox has worked in multiple industries, including retail, manufacturing, apparel, aerospace and defense, consumer products and distribution, and his engagements have included Loral Space and Communications, Adelphia Communications, Macy's, Xerium Technologies and American Color Graphics. Prior to joining AlixPartners, he was a managing director at Conway, Del Genio, Gries & Co., a boutique restructuring firm, and a partner in the restructuring advisory practice at Ernst & Young. A Certified Public Accountant and a frequent speaker and writer on financial and operational restructuring topics, Mr. Fox holds a bachelor's degree in accounting from Hofstra University and an M.B.A. in finance from Fordham University.

Rebecca A. Roof is a managing director in the Turnaround & Restructuring Services unit at AlixPartners LLP in New York. She has an extensive background in providing interim and crisis management to troubled and underperforming companies in a broad array of industries globally, including consumer products, chemicals, technology, grocery, manufacturing, distribution, retail, pharmaceuticals, automotive, health care and energy. Prior to joining AlixPartners, Ms. Roof was a director in the corporate finance, regeneration and disputes practice at PricewaterhouseCoopers, and before that, she provided litigation support and corporate-recovery consulting services at Ernst & Young. Earlier in her career, she served as CFO and treasurer of an oilfield-services company and director of special projects for an oil and gas exploration company. Ms. Roof is a former ABI Treasurer and initiated ABI's successful Corporate Restructuring Competition for promising MBA students. She was also the first recipient of the ABI's Annual Service Award. She was elected a Fellow of the American College of Bankruptcy in 2008 and is a founder and former board member of the Texas Chapter of the Turnaround Management Association, is on the advisory board for the organization Texas Women on Wall Street, and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. She is a Certified Management Accountant (CMA), a Certified Insolvency and Restructuring Advisor (CIRA) and a Certified Public Accountant (CPA). Ms. Roof received a bachelor's degree in both business administration and geology from Trinity University in San Antonio, where she was a university scholar.

Pilar Tarry is a director with AlixPartners LLP in its Dallas office and has more than 15 years of experience dealing with underperforming companies. Her primary expertise is working with middle-market companies to implement complex restructuring solutions primarily within the framework of chapter 11. Her specialties include designing and implementing crisis-communication programs, negotiating with constituents to restructure or recapitalize debt obligations, developing and implementing crisis vendor-management programs, implementing restructuring transactions and advising on improving cash-management practices. Prior to joining AlixPartners in 1999, Ms. Tarry worked with the private placement practices of both Duff & Phelps, LLC and Mesirow Financial in Chicago. She is a Certified Insolvency and Restructuring Advisor and an active member of the Turnaround Management Association and the American Bankruptcy Institute. Ms. Tarry received her M.B.A. in finance from Michigan State University in 1992.

Allen G. Kadish is counsel to DiConza Traurig LLP in New York, where he focuses his practice in the areas of chapter 11 restructurings, corporate crisis management, complex transactions, workouts, creditors' rights and business litigation.
