Ecuador has a lot to offer: the Andes Mountains, the Amazon Rainforest, Galapagos islands, and, of course, the equator, from which Ecaudor gets its name. For years, vistors looking to experience the equator have gone to Middle of the World park, where a yellow line is said to mark the Earth's midpoint--degrees latitude, 0 minutes, 0 seconds. Straddling that line, like the tourists shown here, puts them in the Northern and Southern hemispheres at the same time. Now, it turns out, they've all been standing in the wrong spot.
