Family and Personal Life
Three children Joe (17), Kate (15) and Dave (11).
I volunteer primarily through my children's activities including charitable events, school activities, sports teams and scouts (including leadership roles).
Leisure and Stress Management
Exercise daily in the morning during the week, even if for a short time (it helps to wake up). Long walks on the weekends.
I plan my week out both personally and professionally. On Sunday, I review the kids' calendar to ensure I have everything covered. I also review my work schedule for the week as well.
