TEI welcomes Ben Shreck to the legal staff.

Benjamin R. Shreck has joined TEI's staff as a Tax Counsel. Ben joins Eli Dicker, Mary Lou Fahey, Jeff Rasmussen, and Dan De Jong, who collectively work with the Institute's technical committees on advocacy and other matters of interest to the Institute's membership. "We're absolutely delighted to welcome a lawyer of Ben's caliber to TEI's legal team," said Timothy McCormally, the Institute's Executive Director.

Ben joins TEI after serving as a tax associate in the D.C. offices of Paul Hastings and King & Spalding, where he advised multinational corporations and investment banks regarding foreign operations, financing transactions and tax aspects of financial products.
