On March 15, 2014, various members of the S.F. Chapter of TEI, led by President Karen Bowen, spent the morning and early afternoon donating their time to prepare income tax returns for low income families at the S.F. Bayview Hunter's Point YMCA. All volunteers were required to pass an online 1RS exam in advance. All the volunteers were very grateful for the experience, and for serving and helping the local community that has many needs.
