TEI presents annual "pro bono award" to Nashville chapter's Jim Wiseman.

In November, TEI Executive Director Timothy McCormally presented the Institute's 2011 Pro Bono Award to Jim Wiseman, a member of TEI's Nashville Chapter and Vice President-Tax for Capella Healthcare.
The Pro Bono Award is designed to recognize a member whose community service work has made an extraordinary difference in the lives of others. The award recognizes Mr. Wiseman's innovative idea and work in recruiting CPA firms throughout middle Tennessee to do free tax returns to help flood victims maximize their disaster deductions. He developed the idea after seeing the extent of the devastation wreaked by flooding in the Nashville area...
