TEI, IRS Meet to Review [sections] 482 Documentation.

Representatives of Tax Executives Institute met with the Internal Revenue Service on September 12 to review a draft transfer pricing survey that will be sent to randomly selected taxpayers sometime before the end of the year. The IRS is undertaking the survey to comply with a congressional mandate to study transfer pricing compliance before and after the passage of the section 6662(e) penalty.
