Technical information division certifies record numbers of candidates.

These are record-breaking times for NDIA's Technical Information Division Configuration and Data Management Certification program. In 2004, 162 candidates took examinations under the program, and 135 were successful, according to a just-released report. Of those, 110 individuals achieved certification at either the manager or specialist level, and 25 newcomers earned apprentice status.

Among those earning the highest scores were Richard T. Blake, of Boeing Company Space Systems, at the manager level, and John D. Tio, of Lockheed Martin Tactical Systems, at the Specialist level.
