These matters, consolidated solely for hearing, concerned motions of respondent county to consolidate each challenge to property tax assessments with a later petition concerning the same property. Noting that, if granted, the county's motion would leave each petitioner with insufficient time to retain an appraiser and obtain a trial-ready appraisal of the property with respect to the 2018 valuation date, the Tax Court denied each of the county's motions.
