Shane Harrison's illustration for the article "Iran's Nuclear Path" is unrelated to the issue (Books, by Amitabh Pal, March issue). The crescent and star is often used to represent Islam. However, this symbol is not really related to Iran. The crescent and star is the symbol of another nation--Turkey.
