When Susan Yule planned her career path in college, she saw a classroom in her future. Yule was passionate about teaching and wanted to devote her life to higher education.

Yet, while attending graduate school and supporting herself with a sales job in staffing, she discovered a new passion--a passion that led to an unexpected career path in the staffing industry. Now, as the president and CEO of ConsultNet, Yule is firmly entrenched in helping people find meaningful employment.

"As you go through life and you meet more people in staffing, you ask them how they got into it," Yule says. "Most of them say, like I do, they fell into it. The difference with me is I had a choice to stay or go. I chose to stay. I love the staffing industry."

Yule has poured her enthusiasm into helping ConsultNet lead the way with cutting-edge developments in the staffing industry. For example, since moving to Utah to take her position with the company in June 2010, Yule has implemented H20 Cooler, a shared website that serves as a virtual water cooler linking ConsultNet, company clients and contractors who are part of the ConsultNet team.

Self-service HR and automated payroll are features included in the virtual water cooler. The site also acts as a community portal that allows contractors and clients to communicate and collaborate.
