In these consolidated cases, the tax court dismissed of two petitions that relator, the owner of large retail stores, filed in Washington County that challenged valuations for properties in Cottage Grove and Woodbury. The Supreme Court concluded that its decision last year in Wal-Mart Real Estate Business Trust v. County of Anoka, 931 N.W.2d 382 (Minn. 2019) was directly on point in all relevant respects and controlled the disposition of these consolidated cases. Affirmed.
