The Supreme Court promulgated amendments to these rules by creating a new rule on third-party
custody and the Indian Child Welfare Act, amending Rule 14.01(b)(8) and 416(e) to make use of the MyMNGuardian system mandatory for submission of guardian annual personal well-being reports.
