Study suggests more managers stressed than a year ago.

The economy is supposed to be showing gradual signs of improvement, but tell that to business managers and supervisors. Pressure continues to mount for many of them, a new survey finds.

Thirty percent of managers interviewed reported being more stressed at work today than they were one year ago; just 11 percent indicated workrelated pressure has declined.

In addition, 28 percent of respondents say they expect their anxiety levels to increase in the coming year. That compares to only 8 percent who anticipate reduced stress.
