Strong Smart Growth has been CBC Advisors' key focus for its clients, brokers and partners in our communities during the past year. The commercial real estate world continues to enjoy highly positive and sustained economic growth in many sectors, and we are working hard--and smart--to expand on this exciting upward trend in the new year to serve you even better as we work together.

Highlights include:

* Expansion of our offices from 6 to 15, with a presence now in 9 states. This growth takes us from our long-time position as the leading commercial real estate firm in the intermountain area to becoming a significant presence in the western United States and beyond.

* Increase in licensed brokers from 140 to nearly 200, and boast more CCIM, SIOR and NAR Commercial members within the Coldwell Banker Commercial brand than any other CRE organization.

* The growth of real estate properties managed by our Asset Services Division from seven million to seventeen million square feet in 8 states, now headed by Rob Cord, President Asset Services.

* Being named "Fastest Growing Mid-Size Commercial Real Estate Brokerage in the United States" by Real Estate Forum.

* Being named as Utah Valley Chamber's Business of the Year 2015.
