FJCandN, Salt Lake City's largest independently-owned advertising agency, underwent a change in ownership in November. SCOTT ROCKWOOD, PEGGY LANDER, DAVE NEWBOLD, and TIM BROWN (1) (from left) purchased all outstanding shares of FJCandN stock from the agency's former partners, Bob Fotheringham, Bruce Jensen and Hal Christensen. Rockwood, who was partner and creative director under the former structure, becomes chief executive officer. Newbold, who was partner and creative director under the former structure, becomes agency president and remains partner. Newly named partners, Lander, who was director of client services, and Brown, who was public relations director, will retain their roles and expand their responsibilities.

(2) SISNA Inc. has appointed GREG WATKINS as president. Previously, he ran a successful travel business in London. He has held senior executive positions for national marketing companies, chemical businesses and manufacturing businesses, playing a key role in growing these companies. Henry Smith, president and CEO of IKANO, the parent company of SISNA, says, "Greg has an ideal combination of management leadership and a proven track record in the Internet service industry"

(3) JOSEPH V. KNIGHT has been appointed CEO of Ogden-based Setpoint Companies, a company specializing in amusement park rides. He has extensive experience in management consulting, corporate finance, project management and business lecturing. He served as finance manager at Bell and Howell and worked as a program manager at Arrow Dynamics, where he was responsible for budgets and schedules on several amusement park ride projects.

(4) SHELLEY B. CLARK has been named president and CEO of the Goldenwest Credit Union. Clark began working for the credit union in 1974 and has held positions in almost every department of the company, including executive vice president. She has been instrumental in establishing programs to help members improve money-management skills.

PowerOuest Corporation has named (5) PAUL WINN as its new president and CEO. Winn, most recently the CEO at Genicom for 10 years and a former IBM executive, has extensive experience in developing storage management products and systems. Founder and former CEO Eric Ruff will now serve as chief architect at the company, allowing him to spend more time with his family.
