CLF HAS FILED A PRELIMINARY INJUNCTION motion in federal court, seeking to halt construction of the Boston University BioLab proposed for Boston's South End/Roxbury neighborhood. Last spring CLF, along with the Lawyers' Committee for Civil Rights and the law firm of McRoberts, Roberts and Rainer, L.L.P., filed suit against the National Institutes of Health (NIH) for failing to consider key risks or weigh alternative sites for this facility.
