One way to keep that momentum going for more than just a few days is to have on hand some new tools to use in the kitchen to help facilitate the changes in our habits.

One such gadget that has us racing to the kitchen to prepare some different foods is the Bosch Universal Plus Kitchen Machine. The 6 1/2-quart mixing bowl and attachments are dishwasher safe. For more information, visit www.boschappliances.com.
