Form I-360, Petition for Amerasian, Widow(er), or Special Immigrant,
signed and completed. This form and accompanying instructions can
be found at http:// www .uscis .gov /i‑360.
Order from state juvenile court with special ndings (Predicate Order).
Evidence of child’s age, such as:
A copy of a passport
A copy of a birth certicate
Any submitted documents that contain a foreign language must be
accompanied by a full English translation that is certied as complete
and accurate by a translator competent to translate from the foreign
language.
Filing fee: There is no ling fee for Form I‑360 for Special Immigrant
Juveniles.
Mailing address: See instructions at http:// www .uscis .gov /i‑360.
If the child is not in removal proceedings and ling Form I-485, Application
to Register Permanent Residence or Adjust Status, concurrently with Form
I-360, Petition for Amerasian, Widow(er), or Special Immigrant, also include:
