"We do everything from laser hair removal to Coolsculpting, botox injections and hydrofacials," said Courtney Anderson, owner of Spa Trouve. "It doesn't pamper you, it's a little painful--but the results are amazing."

Anderson worked as an operations director for another spa before buying it out and starting her own medical aesthetics spa. Two years later, she would adopt a second location in the Highland Alpine area, injecting both with the trademark customer service her customers have come to expect from Spa Trouve.

"I truly believe that customers won't get a better service, in terms of how they feel and how they're treated, and who our aestheticians are as experts. I'm 100 percent confident that I could have my mom, my grandma or my sister come in and they'd have a great experience," said Anderson. "We care about how it feels. We have a family feeling around here. I think that's what's most important to me."

Utah has become a competitive market for the medical aesthetics industry, but Spa Trouve embraces the competition by focusing internally. With a cultivated philosophy that echoes the service it provides to customers, the spa is constantly trying to be the best version of itself.

"Trying and failing is important. Some things work, some fail. New services that you bring on fail. You just have to look at the mini-failures and learning experiences, and take what you can from all your failures and just try to make it better," said Anderson.
