So, it was with great delight that we discovered the products of Textillery Weavers, Bloomington, Ind. What started as a birthday present--John Rose gave his wife Judith a loom in 1974--turned into a company that is the leading maker of hand-woven throws in the world. One touch and you won't wonder why. Textillery's line has grown to include more than 500 styles and colors, including pillows, accent blankets, upholstery fabric, and, of course, hand- and jacquard-woven throws. The company primarily weaves in rayon chenille, a lush versatile yarn that is custom dyed.
