It must be an unsettling time for social media companies, notwithstanding

what has been recently going on with Twitter. Three cases regarding social

media platforms are before the U.S. Supreme Court this term, and one case is

an amalgam of three individual cases. This means that our justices will be

examining ve separate cases involving social media platforms and the

application of various state and federal (and in some cases international) laws

to the operations of those platforms.
