In the 1970s, Mary Lincoln would take orders from her neighbors and bake delicacies of all descriptions on a big stove in her Palisade backyard. By 1978, she'd outgrown the backyard, leading her and her cabinetmaker husband Tim to set up shop in a former movie theater in downtown Palisade.
