Sisters of Charity Foundation appoints director of culture and values.

The Sisters of Charity Foundation of South Carolina has selected Ericka Wooten to serve in a new role as the foundation's director of culture and values.

Wooten has been with the foundation for five years, most recently serving as the foundation's director of diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging. The new position will be an expansion of her existing role, according to a news release.

In the expanded position, she will make sure that the foundation's internal systems and culture as well as its external work strengthen and support the organization's mission, core values and Catholic identity, the release said. She will also play an active role in the grantmaking process.

Wooten will work with Meredith Mathews, senior director of grantmaking and strategy.
