I read Jack R. Reiter's "Judging Your Appeal" (May) with interest and pleasure. How useful that article would have been to me many years ago as the writer outlined the appellate environment with a singular clarity. The points made greatly assist the lawyer in formulating an answer to the client's question regarding success on appeal.
