Singapore tests intelligent e-filing system.

In Singapore, a software solution is taking on some of the duties of a records manager. The Urban Redevelopment Authority (URA) is currently testing the KRIS Intelligent Filer (KIF), an intelligent electronic filing system that employs artificial intelligence (AI) to mimic human behavior and decision-making.

Developed by software company SQL View Pte Ltd., URA is paying for the AI solution with a $100,000 grant from The Enterprise Challenge, an initiative of the Prime Minister's Office designed to spur innovation and enterprise in Singapore through grants.
