The second annual "celebration of everything entrepreneurial" in the state's capital kicks off mid-month. Initiated and inspired by the entrepreneurs fueling innovation in Denver, Denver Startup Week serves as a platform to convene community contributors and business builders with hundreds of activities and events throughout the six days. Last year's event--with more than 3,500 attendees, 20-plus events and more than 500 companies represented--was considered the largest new startup event in the nation; 2013 is anticipated to be an ever bigger production, The weeklong entrepreneurial extravaganza, organized by the Downtown Denver Partnership, Colorado Technology Association and other interested parties includes workshops, mentor office hours, resource fairs, hack-a-thons, happy hours and more.
