Although the FTB has disabled the ability to register for a new MyFTB account until the enhanced version becomes available in January, taxpayers who have existing accounts on MyFTB or CalFile can use these online services:

* Web pay for businesses

* View payments or cancel scheduled payments

* View account information for individuals and businesses

* Update address and phone number

* View FTB-issued 1099s

* CalFile

Although tax preparers are unable to register for a new account until January, you do not need an account to continue to use these online services:

* Web pay for individuals

* Check your refund

* Apply for an installment agreement

* Head of Household audit letter

* File a 199N e-postcard
