Selah v. Goord, 255 F.Supp.2d 42 (N.D.N.Y. 2003). An inmate brought an action against a state corrections department, challenging its policy of placing inmates who refuse annual, mandatory tuberculosis skin tests on religious grounds, into tuberculin hold for one year. The district court granted the inmate's motion for a preliminary injunction.
