Definitions that have been moved from §569.010 (chapter definitions) under the Revised Code include:

· “inhabitable structure,” moved to §556.061(30) (effective Jan. 1, 2017); and

· “forcibly steals,” moved to §570.010(13) (effective Jan.1, 2017).

The definitions for “tamper” and “utility” (which have new definitions) and “cave or cavern” have been moved from Chapter 578, RSMo, Miscellaneous Offenses, to Chapter 569, RSMo, specifically §569.010, effective January 1, 2017.
