Section 105.530, RSMo 1994, states that nothing contained in the Public Sector Labor Law, §§ 105.500–105.530, RSMo 1994, may be construed as granting a right to employees covered by the statute to strike. Public employees in Missouri, whether covered or excluded by the Public Sector Labor Law, do not have the right to strike against their public employer, and such strikes are illegal.
