5. (§9.47) Advance Agreement of Nominee to Act
The possibility of obtaining an advance written agreement to act from the person nominated as an attorney in fact is specifically authorized in the DPA Act and carried forward into the DPAHC Act by § 404.810, RSMo 2000.
