Other exclusions that are sometimes present in director and officer liability policies include:

· a form of pollution exclusion;

· an exclusion for claims dealing with changes in control of the corporation;

· an exclusion for claims involving insolvency or liquidation;

· an exclusion for claims involving personal advantage or gain to the insureds;

· an “other insurance” exclusion;

· a bodily injury/property damage exclusion;
