L. (§9.19) Custodial Preference of the Child
In Schollmeyer v. Schollmeyer, 393 S.W.3d 120 (Mo. App. W.D. 2013), the court affirmed the judgment awarding joint legal and physical custody of the child to both parents after concluding, in part, that this award suited the child’s need to have frequent, continuing, and meaningful contact with both parents.
