J. (§9.13) Dangerous Condition of Property Waiver

The statutory waiver of § 537.600, RSMo 2016, for dangerous condition of property provides that immunity of a public entity from liability and suit for compensatory damages for negligent acts or omissions is expressly waived in the following instance:
