Section 9 Effect of Will Contest

The filing of a will contest vacates the order admitting the will
to probate and the powers of the personal representative as set out
in the will. A partial will contest, however, does not vacate the order admitting the will to probate. Burke v. Kehr, 876 S.W.2d 718 (Mo. App. E.D. 1994).
