Section 80 Article 3, Transfer of Guardianship or Conservatorship to Another State

Article 3, §§ 475.531–475.532, RSMo Supp. 2011, specifies a procedure for transferring an already-existing guardianship or conservatorship to another state. To make the transfer, court orders are necessary from both the court transferring the case and from the court accepting the case. The transferring court must find that:
