C. (§8.9) Child Support

(Support is to be determined later or by the court.)

Monthly Child Support: Monthly child support will be paid by _______ to ________ in accordance with § 452.340, RSMo, Rule 88.01, and Form 14, either as subsequently agreed between the parties or as ordered by the court in the event that the parties are unable to agree on an amount. [Note: This clause might be used if the parties have agreed on all terms of a parenting plan except support, which may then be submitted to the court.]
