A. (§8.7) Physical Custody

The parties agree that they will have Joint Physical Custody of (Child 1 Name and Child 2 Name) and that both Parent B’s and Parent A’s residence addresses will be designated as the children’s addresses for mailing and educational purposes. [Note to Counsel: § 452.375.5(1), RSMo, states, “The residence of one of the parents shall be designated as the address of the child for mailing and educational purposes. This language does not appear to forbid both residences from being designated. Nor does the statute appear to forbid one residence being designated for educational purposes and the other (or both) being designated for mailing.] They further agree that (Child 1 Name and Child 2 Name) will reside with Parent B except at the following specific times when the children will reside with Parent A.

Residential Schedule

The best interests of the children will be served by allowing both parents frequent and liberal periods of time with the children, which is to include, but not be limited to, the following:

1. Every other weekend from 6:00 p.m. Friday until the start of school on Monday when school is in session. If school is not in session, then until 8:00 a.m. Monday;

2. During the week following the Parent B’s weekend, the children will be with Parent A on Wednesday from
5:00 p.m. until the start of school on Thursday when...
