V. (§8.5) Modification

Once a parenting plan is in place, the parties must abide by its terms unless and until they are modified. Section 452.400, RSMo Supp. 2011, provides for remedies and penalties if a parenting plan is not followed. Specifically, § 452.400.6 states:
