J. (§8.44) Conflict of Laws
The DPA Act’s definition of a DPA includes one that complies with § 404.705, RSMo 2000, or one that is durable under the laws of:
the place where it was executed; the law of the principal’s residence when executed; or the law of the place designated in the instrument if it has a reasonable relationship to the purpose of the instrument.
